We offer telephone line rentals to residential, business, government and dual customers in Saint Helena.

Applying for service

Visit our Customer Care Centre at Bishops Rooms in Jamestown to complete and sign an ‘Application for Telephone’ form, you will also need to sign the Terms and Conditions.

Deposits & rentals

Deposits and monthly rentals are available for Business, Residential, Government and Dual customers. In line with our Credit Control Policy, deposits maybe required from the following:

• - Businesses established for less than 12 months
• - Non-permanent residents
• - Expatriate contract personnel
• - Unemployed persons
• - Outstanding debtors list customers

Rentals (Excluding SHG tax)

• Business: £16.00 per month 
• Residential: £4.43 per month
• Government: £16.90 per month
• Dual: £8.45 per month

Change of Service

If you wish to make changes to any of your services with Sure please complete our Change of Service Application form and return to our Customer Care Centre.

Faults

Faults with all Sure services should be reported to free call number 121. We offer a 24/7 fault reporting service, however a service technician will contact you during normal working hours.
