Setting Up Your Broadband Account

Please follow these instructions to set up your broadband service. 

Notice:

Never press the recessed factory reset button on your modem or router as this clears the unit configuration back to factory defaults and will require reprogramming. If you are experiencing problems with your modem or router, it is best to simply power it off, wait a few seconds, then power it back on. A call-out charge will be applied for any customer visits to configure modems.

You will be provided with self-install instructions as part of your Welcome Pack to assist with setting up your Sure broadband. Email setup instructions are provided upon request.

If you are using your own modem and not one purchased from Sure, you will need to configure it with the settings below. Your User Manual will explain how to do this.
